DELETE PANDIT PROFILE / ACCOUNT

This page is for verified Pandits, Acharyas, and Pujaris registered on the Samagran Pandit App (a brand and business initiative of Lal Bhandar). If you wish to delete your Pandit profile, remove your listing from our service directory, and terminate your partner account, please follow the steps outlined below.

Method 1: Delete Directly in Samagran Pandit App

Open the Samagran Pandit App on your registered device.
Tap on My Profile or your account photo.
Go to Settings > Account & Security.
Tap "Request Profile Deletion".
Verify your identity via mobile OTP to submit your account removal request.

Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form

If you cannot access the Samagran Pandit App or require assistance with profile deregistration, please fill out the form below. Note that all active ritual bookings must be fulfilled or re-assigned prior to profile deletion.

Reason for Profile Deletion

I confirm that I have fulfilled or communicated all pending Puja bookings, and I request the permanent removal of my Pandit profile and listing on Samagran platform.

Pandit Deletion Request Submitted! We have received your profile deletion request. Our Pandit Relations team will review your account, ensure all settlements are complete, and send final confirmation within 7 business days.

Pre-Conditions & Data Processing

Pending Ritual Bookings: Profile deletion will take effect once all assigned or scheduled Puja services are completed or officially re-assigned to prevent inconvenience to devotees.
Financial Settlements & Payouts: Any pending earnings or wallet balances will be settled to your registered bank account prior to final account closure.
Verification Documents: Identity verification documents (e.g. ID proofs, certificates) uploaded during partner onboarding will be securely removed from public access and archived according to compliance policies.

Statutory Data Retention

As per Indian tax and financial reporting laws, transaction logs, payout receipts, and tax deductor records will be retained for the statutory period mandated by law. All public-facing profile cards, ratings, and contact details will be removed immediately upon deletion approval.
