Samagran is a brand and business initiative of Lal Bhandar, a proprietorship concern. All services, products, payments, and transactions carried out through Samagran are legally operated and managed by Lal Bhandar.

  • Samagran does not store card or UPI PIN information.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

The name "Samagran", its logo, trademarks, website and mobile application content, designs, images, text, and other materials available on the Samagran Platform are the intellectual property of Lal Bhandar or are used with appropriate authorization.

No part of the Samagran Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Lal Bhandar.

8. Limitation of Liability

Samagran facilitates religious services and product delivery. Religious and spiritual outcomes are subjective and based on individual beliefs and traditions.

Samagran does not guarantee any particular religious, spiritual, or personal outcome from any ritual or service.

9. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Garhwa, Jharkhand.
